The Product Testing Process

  1. Project - you, as the client tell us about your project.
  2. Screener - we create a screener to ensure we find the right individuals for the product test.
  3. Respondent Selection - select the best (according to your requirements) of those screened individuals.
  4. Information - tell the respondent the product they are going to test.
  5. Provision - provide the product to the consumer product tester (or get them to purchase the product on your behalf).
  6. Video Test - the tester will then create a video of themselves reviewing the product and upload it to our servers.
  7. Review - the MRFGR team will then review the product test video to ensure it is of the desired quality.
  8. Edited - if the client requires the videos to be edited these are carried out by our in-house video team.
  9. Send - the final videos are then be sent to the client.

You can gain access to a good geographic representation of your customers; we can recruit respondents for recorded product testing from anywhere in the UK (England, Wales, Ireland, Scotland, etc). International panels are available on request.

Duration

The duration of the video responses are flexible; a couple of minutes can give you a brief but focused idea of respondent’s feelings on a specific question or talking point. A 10-15 minute video allows respondent’s to explain their feelings more expansively and touch on a number of questions you may like to be put forward to them.
