We use Google Analytics to ensure our marketing efforts are reaching the right people. As part of this, we collect specific visitor cookie data, such as where they come from, how they found us, and what words they searched on search engines such as Google to find our website. Google Analytics collects this data generally and it is not used to identify you as a specific person. In essence, we use this data to:

- Keep track of any advertisements and monitor which advertisements people click on when they visit our website.

- Gather data on the traffic that visits out website so we can offer the best experience in the future, including:

-- The specific ad they clicked on
-- What keywords they entered to find us
-- What specific device and browser they are accessing our website on to help with optimisation
-- The exact time they visited the website
-- The exact time and whether they completed certain activities (sent a message through the contact form, started a chat with our live chat function, clicked one of the phone numbers)

When you interact with our website, wether in a client or respondent capacity, we may take that information i.e. your email, name, number, location and use them to inform the AI in applications such as Google Ads Customer Match, which lets us use the information that you've shared to re-market back to you via other online Ads, or help the application’s AI (such as in Google Ads) to help target Ads to similar people such as yourself (helping create likely buyer profiles for Google AI to learn from and to present them with highly targeted Google Ads).

This is data is safe, anonymous and only used by the application (Google for example) for the benefit of MRFGR and does not share this information with any other providers or use it to help their own gains. Generally, these applications (i.e. Google) keep your data confidential and secure using exacting industry-leading standards to protect your user data.

Google Ads specifically state the following information:

Google doesn’t receive actual email addresses. Google’s system transforms the contact information that we have for Google accounts, like email addresses and phone numbers, into hashed codes using the secure hashing algorithm SHA256, a one-way hashing mechanism that isn't unencrypted by Google.
Here is how we treat the data files that you upload:

Limited data use. We won’t use your data files for any purpose other than to create your Customer Match audiences and ensure compliance with our policies. We won’t use your data files to build or enhance profiles of your customers.

Limited data access. We won’t share your data files with other Google teams other than to create your Customer Match audiences and ensure compliance with our policies. We use employee access controls to protect your data files from unauthorised access.

Limited data sharing. We won’t share your data files with any third party, including other advertisers. Google may share this data to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.

Limited data retention. We won’t retain your data files for any longer than necessary to create your Customer Match audiences and ensure compliance with our policies. Once those processes are complete, we'll promptly delete the data files that you uploaded via the Google Ads interface or the API.

We are also committed to ensuring that the systems that we use to store your data files remain secure and reliable. We have dedicated security engineering teams to protect against external threats to our systems. We store all your data files in an encrypted format to protect against unauthorised access.
We won’t use the fact that a Google user is in your Customer Match audiences to build or enhance profiles about that user, and we won’t share that a Google user is in your Customer Match audiences with any third party, including other advertisers. When generating your similar audiences, we may compare the profiles of the Google users in your Customer Match audience with the profiles of other Google users. As with other Google advertising products, we may use information derived from impressions or clicks on Customer Match ads to improve Google Ads and other Google products and services.
We work with other third-party vendors like Google i.e. Google Analytics to collect general visitor data, optimize and serve ads based on previous website visitor data. Please note that certain groups of personal information are not collected or used, including information relating to your race, religion or sexual orientation.
